Veterans Dental Program Application Open
The Florida Dental Association (FDA) is pleased to announce that the application process for the Veterans Dental Program is open for 501(c)(3) organizations to apply for funding. This program is focused on helping charitable organizations expand their coverage of dental services to veterans who qualify. Eligible veterans include those who are not fully covered for dental care by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
New FDA Partnership
FDA’s endorsement of IgniteDDS will provide an opportunity for dentists to get feedback about how to best manage their practices and improve operations—with a 10% member discount.
Jumpstart!
In an effort to contribute solutions to the workforce challenges faced by Florida dentists, the FDA has implemented Jumpstart. Jumpstart is an initiative to connect pre-dental students interested in volunteering or working with dental offices in need of staff.

Founded in 1922, the Northeast District Dental Association (NEDDA) represents licensed dentists across Florida’s northeastern counties. As one of six components of the Florida Dental Association (FDA) and part of the tripartite system with the American Dental Association (ADA), NEDDA provides members with the benefits and resources of all three organizations through a single membership.
Our mission reflects the FDA’s commitment to Helping Members Succeed. We strive to advance the art and science of dentistry, improve public health, and advocate for the interests of dental professionals at local, state, and national levels.
NEDDA works closely with two local affiliate societies—the Jacksonville Dental Society and the Clay County Dental Society—to deliver programs, networking opportunities, and continuing education that support professional growth. Together, we create a strong community dedicated to excellence in dentistry and service to the public.
