We believe strong leadership is the heartbeat of organized dentistry. Through collaboration with the Florida Dental Association (FDA), our members gain access to Leadership Central—a statewide platform offering training, tools, and opportunities to serve at the local, state, and national levels.

More than 300 FDA members actively shape the future of dentistry through service on Councils, Committees, Task Groups, and other leadership bodies. These groups tackle key issues and drive initiatives that strengthen our profession and elevate member experiences.

The FDA House of Delegates serves as the association’s policymaking body, bringing together representatives from across Florida to address emerging challenges and advocate for member needs.
